| The press conference for journalists from national and international special-interest media marked the opening of access 2010. Facilitated by Ulrike Rauch-Keschmann (ÖW), the press conference brought together Petra Stolba (ÖW), Christian Mutschlechner as the spokesman of the organizers (VCBand ACB), and the Austrian Environment label - expert DI Andreas Tschulik.

| Creatively designed, easy-access booths at access 2010 offered a total of 3,000 m² of floor space on two levels, thus providing a comprehensive overview of the industry during the two-day trade show. 210 exhibitors from all Austrian states, including more than 25 first-time exhibitors, presented their latest products, services, and solutions, relying on an innovative and interactive touch and covering the latest developments in the multifaceted congress, convention and event business. | In addition to the attractive exhibitor offerings, access also delighted visitors with a comprehensive specialised programme at the top-notch access academy. This year’s theme at the access academy was “The Marketplace of Attention - Marketing Ideas for Congresses, Workshops and Events,” featuring crowd pleasers such as Ingrid Amon, Rüdiger Kohl, Margot Schmitz and Roman Szeliga, who drew an audience of up to 600 enthusiastic attendees.
