In its seventh year access has grown into a nationally and internationally acknowledged venues platform, counting in the meantime as a must for all those planning and holding events in Austria.
In access 2009 over 230 Austrian exhibitors from all sectors of the Austrian conference industry presented their products and services portfolios.
We seek to organise this event in keeping with the criteria for the Austrian "Green Meetings" environmental label.

The access hosted buyer program is under the patronage of the abcn austrian business and convention network/Österreich Werbung and is aimed at event planners and marketing officers from international enterprises, associations and agencies as well as policy makers and organizers of conventions, conferences, incentives and events.
After knowledge transfer and business initiation at the fair, the roughly 2,000 visitors can appreciate the various evening offerings. Every year the access night offers a unique ambience for a perfectly staged networking platform between service providers and both national and international visitors.
access was initiated by the five responsible organisations; abcn austrian business and convention network/Österreich Werbung, Austrian Convention Bureau, Austrian Airlines, Round Table Conference Hotels Austria and the Vienna Convention Bureau.
Through this concentration of effort access has made a valuable contribution to the international success of the Austrian conventions and events industry since its founding.
